Jennifer Shih

Jennifer Shih practices primarily in the area of business immigration. She represents foreign nationals and companies seeking temporary work authorization or permanent resident status for employees and their families. Ms. Shih has extensive experience working with health care professionals including nurses, international medical graduates, and research scientists. She has also successfully represented visual artists, photographers, graphic designers, architects, musicians, playwrights and chefs through the extraordinary ability classification.

Ms. Shih received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall) in 1997.She graduated from Washington University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Ms. Shih is admitted to the State Bar of New York and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
