ICE to Serve Over 500 Notices of Inspection

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced on September 16, 2010 that it plans to serve more than 500 Notices of Inspection (NOIs) to companies across the country this week. The agency stated that the audits have largely come about as a result of leads about employers engaging in hiring unauthorized workers and paying employees unfair wages, or otherwise exploiting workers in some way.
