New LCA and PERM Forms to be Implemented

The Department of Labor has announced that it will accept the new LCA Form ETA-9035 beginning April 15, 2009. The old form will be accepted through May 14, 2009, after which it will be discontinued. The new PERM Form ETA-9089 will be accepted starting July 1, 2009. The old form will be accepted through July 31, 2009, and discontinued thereafter.
