Please be advised that on July 21st we learned that the CIS Premium Processing Unit at the Texas Service Center has sent erroneous approval notices for I-140 cases shortly after the petitions were received. These erroneous notices, caused by an unidentified technical problem, do not show a priority date as is stated on standard approval notices. We expect this problem to be resolved soon. Meanwhile, if you have questions about a recent I-140 premium processed approval notice which may have been issued by mistake, please contact our office.
