The USCIS announced a new initiative, the USCIS Policy Review, to review all agency guidance and policy memoranda. In addition, the USCIS has invited stakeholders to complete an online survey by April 29, 2010 to help define the priorities of the review. The survey asks respondents to identify overall priorities among all general policy issues as well as their top priorities for review within several key areas. The public may access information about the Policy Review and the online survey by going to the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov. In the column on the right, click on “Take the Policy Review Survey.”
