Service Center Reports -
These reports are provided by the individual USCIS Service Centers and give approximate
processing times for petitions and applications filed with the Service Centers.
The dates given are the filing dates for those cases currently being reviewed
by the USCIS Officers. It generally takes up to another 30 days for the USCIS to
issue an approval or a Request for Further Evidence. We emphasize that these
processing times are approximate. USCIS agency estimations of processing times are
inaccurate due to constantly shifting processing priorities. More often than not, processing
times are actually longer than indicated by the Service bulletins. They are updated periodically — usually
approximately once a month.
